Service and identity

We operate an independent AI model API gateway with account balance, API key management, usage records and support tickets. Third-party model names describe compatibility and do not imply official affiliation or endorsement.

Eligibility and lawful use

You must be legally permitted to use cross-border AI services in your location and for your purpose. You must not evade regional restrictions, attack or abuse the service, infringe rights or process illegal content.

Accounts and content

Protect your account and API keys and take responsibility for activity under them. Ensure you have the rights and authorizations needed for inputs, files and other content. Third-party model providers may process requests and outputs; assess generated results before relying on them.

Prepayment, metering and refunds

Usage is deducted from prepaid balance under current model-specific token, cache, image, video or other listed units. Confirmed payments deliver balance online. Support verifies disputes and refund requests against payment, account and consumed-usage records. See Payment & Refunds.

Changes and support

Models, availability, prices, routing and limits may change with third-party provider or operating conditions. Contact us through a signed-in support ticket for account, billing or service issues.
