Prices and usage

Charges follow the current model-specific units displayed on the site. They may include input, output and cached tokens, image or video usage, or other listed units. Review current pricing and your top-up amount before checkout.

Payment and delivery

Visa and Mastercard payments are processed through Stripe. Availability of local wallets or other payment methods depends on what the checkout page actually offers. Confirmed payments add balance online; recharge and usage records are visible in the console.

Refunds and disputes

For duplicate charges, missing credit or another order dispute, submit a support ticket. We verify payment records, account balance and consumed usage before explaining available remedies under applicable rules. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
